Managed Account Participation

Your account. A defined manager. Proportional results.

UTO Capital’s PAMM solution is designed to let investors participate in a manager’s trading activity through a broker-hosted account, with profits and losses allocated proportionally under the PAMM rules.

What PAMM Means

A pooled strategy allocation, not a promise of profit.

PAMM stands for Percentage Allocation Management Module (also described by some platforms as Percentage Allocation Money Management). Investors connect their accounts to a manager’s strategy. The platform calculates each participant’s share and allocates trading outcomes in proportion to their equity or participation according to the specific PAMM terms.

GoldEdge focuses on XAUUSD. If you choose the GoldEdge offer in UTO Capital’s PAMM area, your participation will be subject to the strategy’s published settings, the broker’s PAMM rules and all applicable fees.

Security and control, accurately stated: PAMM can let investors retain access to their own broker account and view account activity without transferring funds directly to the manager’s personal bank account. However, the manager may have trading authority within the PAMM mandate, and investors can still lose some or all of their allocated capital. Confirm withdrawal rights, permissions and custody arrangements in the broker’s current terms.

Potential PAMM benefits

  • Account-based participation: join through a brokerage account rather than paying the manager informally.
  • Proportional allocation: profits and losses are allocated according to your share of the PAMM pool.
  • Visibility: access to account information and trade records depends on the platform permissions and reporting tools.
  • Defined fee structure: performance fees and timing should be stated in the offer before you join.
  • Operational convenience: the broker’s PAMM infrastructure handles allocation calculations under its rules.
  • Flexible manager offerings: UTO describes public and private PAMM modes; availability depends on its current offer.
  • MT5 availability: UTO advertises its PAMM solution as available on MetaTrader 5.

How are results allocated?

UTO explains that gains and losses are allocated in proportion to each investor’s share of the total PAMM pool. For example, if you represent 20% of the pool, you would generally bear 20% of the pool’s trading profit or loss before any applicable fees, subject to the platform’s precise calculation rules.

Illustration only—not a forecast. Fees, equity changes, deposits, withdrawals and the platform’s calculation methodology can affect actual allocations.

If the pool loses money, the investor’s account is reduced proportionally as well. The example does not imply a likely return or maximum loss.

Investor Questions

What to know before joining.

Does PAMM guarantee my capital?

No. PAMM is an account-management and allocation structure, not capital protection. Trading losses may reduce your balance substantially or result in the loss of all capital allocated to trading.

Does the manager hold my money directly?

In a broker-hosted PAMM, funds are generally held within the brokerage account structure, but account permissions and custody details depend on the broker’s terms. Confirm who holds the funds, what authority the manager has and how withdrawals work before funding.

Can I withdraw whenever I want?

Do not assume instant or unrestricted withdrawal. PAMM withdrawals may be subject to dealing cycles, open positions, notice periods, fees or platform rules. Read the current UTO terms and ask the broker if anything is unclear.

Are there performance fees?

A manager may charge a performance fee if the offer specifies one. Check the percentage, calculation method, charging frequency, high-water-mark provisions if any, and how fees are treated after losses. Do not assume a fee arrangement that is not explicitly shown in the offer.

Is GoldEdge’s historical performance a guarantee?

No. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Market conditions change and the strategy can experience drawdowns and losses.

Who should consider PAMM?

Only people who understand leveraged trading risks, can afford to lose the amount allocated, and have independently assessed whether the strategy, fees and risk profile are suitable for their circumstances.
